Our  Service Department
It's simple. We know Volkswagens. That's how our service department offers top-of-the-line automotive service to our customers. We opened an expansive new service and parts facility in January 2004 at 5415 Butler Road in Bethesda. The enhanced capacity of this new facility enables us to offer express service with a full detailing department, car washes, 18 service bays and monthly new-car clinics. When you arrive you’ll be greeted by indoor fountains and friendly staff in our customer service area. You can choose to wait in a “quiet room” where you can plug in your laptop or watch TV in a separate room while keeping an eye on the youngsters in the glass-enclosed children’s play room.  Click here for Service specials.

Manufacturer-recommended parts are an important part of maintaining your Volkswagen's optimum performance. We offer the same high-quality parts your vehicle was built with, and we keep a large inventory of these certified parts in stock. If you'd like to order a part, you can simply fill out our online parts form.
